BETTY BAUER CRESCENZI

Betty Bauer-Crescenzi, Broker and President of Lake View Realty, Inc., has a distinguished career of leadership in professional real estate organizations, civic groups and Chambers of Commerce. Bauer was the first woman president of the former North Side Real Estate Board before it was with the Chicago Real Estate Board to create a new association the Chicago Association of Realtors. She has served as Vice-President of the North Center Chamber of Commerce and has been their Beautification chairperson for many years, spearheading the beautification efforts in the business community by working with the garden club to plant flowers and evergreens in the planters, She also served a 3 year term as a director of the Neighborhood Boys and Girls Club and is a chair of the scholarship committee which is still her favorite endeavor.They raise approximately $30,000 annually to give to neighborhood youth. She is also a supporter of the Boy Scouts. .Her husband Frank is the retired Executive Director of the Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce and President of the Ravenswood Garden Club. She has lived in St. Ben’s for the past 25 years.
