BETTY BAUER CRESCENZI

 

Betty Bauer- Crescenzi, managing broker, owner and president of Lake View Realty, Inc., has a distinguished career of leadership in professional real estate organizations, civic groups and Chambers of Commerce.

Betty Bauer - was elected the first woman president of the North Side Real Estate Board in 1983 . Several years later the Chicago Real Estate Board, and the North Side Real Estate Board merged to form The Chicago Association of Realtors, of which she is a charter member.
Betty Bauer- has served as Vice-President of the North Center Chamber of Commerce and was the Beautification chairperson for years, spearheading beautification efforts in the business community ,working with co-members of the Ravenswood garden club to plant and maintain evergreens and flowers in the planters she encouraged business owners to purchase with the assistance of the chamber.

Betty Bauer- while serving a three year term on the board of directors of the Neighborhood Boys and Girls Club became aware of the need for the business community to become a part of what was happening at this fantastic neighborhood supported organization.. As the scholarship chair, she and her committee have helped raise $30,000 - $40,000 annually from neighborhood business’s and supporters which is awarded to the boys and girls club youth leaders at a scholarship awards luncheon every April at the Chicago Brau Haus. Betty Bauer Crescenzi and husband Frank Crescenzi LakeView Realty donate an annual scholarship .

Frank Crescenzi is a Real Estate Broker at Lake View Realty. He is active in community, a veteran photographer, and a retired Executive Director of the Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce , President of the Ravenswood Garden Club ,and past president of the Ravenswood Community Council. A district Illinois Lieutenant Governor in The Lake View Kiwanis Club, Treasurer of his Veterans Association, Director of Friends of Lake View High School and Scholarship committee member Neighborhood boys and girls club .
