Betty Bauer-Crescenzi, Managing Broker/Owner/ President of Lake View Realty, Inc., has a distinguished career of leadership in Real Estate organizations, civic groups and Chambers of Commerce. She was the first woman president of the North Side Real Estate Board before it merged with the Chicago Real Estate Board to form the Chicago Association of Realtors. She has served as Vice-President of the North Center Chamber of Commerce and is co-chair of their Beautification Committee. She also served 3 years as a member of the Board of Directors of the Neighborhood Boys and Girls Club and is chair of the scholarship committee which is a favorite endeavor. Lake View Realty donates a scholarship every year. Her husband Frank is the past Executive Director of the Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce, President of the Ravenswood Garden Club and past President of the Ravenswood Community Council. She has lived in St. Ben’s for the past 25 years and loves it and her work. She is an avid gardener and has an award winning garden.
